There Is No Spoon...

If you can't tell, I love the movie The Matrix. I love the part where Neo is learning from the child that his OWN MIND is creating his reality, and that if he bends his mind he can change the rules. Far fetched...think again.

If you haven't yet seen the movie that's sweeping the world "The Secret", it's a must (we will be playing it in the office soon for those of you who are local). It's incredible how you can see it work when you just know what to look for. As you know from a recent newsletter I had run my very first half marathon in January. What makes the story is that I had done ZERO training for the event. Before that day I thought there was NO WAY I could run even 5 miles, let alone 13.1. What's funny is what I've noticed since then. I've run MAYBE 4 times since that day, yet where I used to burn out in a mile or so I noticed I can now do about 5 miles before I burn out. WHAT CHANGED? Did my physical body get that much stronger because of one run? Hardly. The only thing that has changed is the limitations I have in MY MIND. Think of what you could do with this. What could you do to your finances, your relationships, your health? Why don't you try it this week.

• Every day is an OPPORTUNITY for something new
• Life is GOOD
