The Right Way...

When it comes to weight loss there are literally thousands of "gimmicks" out there promising fast results. Here's the issue, how many good things do you know of in your life that DON'T take time?
The Second Law of Thermodynamics states that "heat cannot of itself pass from a colder body to a hotter body". Let's examine this law and it's relevance to weight loss.
Heat is what is produced when you burn calories, or mass. Imagine the world as a "luke warm" environment. If you are a HOT body, one that burns pure clean fuel in your daily exercise routine, Heat will actively spill from your body because it is being burnt FASTER than it is being consumed. If on the other hand you're a COLD body, you add massive amounts of calorie laden fuel to a stagnant low-rpm vehicle, your gas tank will quickly swell over and your body instead will soon start adding more gas tanks to store up the excess.
In summary, no matter what the gimmick it is still subject to follow this rule. After all it is a scientific LAW. In closing you can see the best way is the right way, eat less and burn more. If you are tempted to try the next miracle cure on the block at least weigh the concept against this rule and decide for yourself if it fits. Summers almost over, get out and start a habit. Start a simple 10 minute a day routine and start winning the fight.
