Let's Go Bowling...

Have you ever awaken with a thought in your mind that at first seems ridiculous, but then you start to make sense of it? This morning I woke up from a dream where I was doing a speech relating health to bowling and I woke up laughing, but then it made sense.
What's the most important thing in bowling? Well if you've been to a sports store you will see that no matter what sport it is, they have a million different gadgets that are promised to improve your game. I think you will agree that they may make you "better", but they won't make you "good". With bowling, the most important thing is "form". Your form, in it's mechanical nature, is what produces consistency, balance, coordination, and therefore success.
Health is the same way. You can supplement, exercise, eat organic foods, and do everything else right, but if your form (i.e. posture) is not correct then your nervous system cannot function at 100%. If your brain doesn't know what to do with all the other stuff then it can't be used effectively.
So if you want to be healthy, start with the basics. Get your form right first, then once your brain has the capacity to improve health, you can do all the rest to bring it to the next level.
