The Question of Motive...

Today we will cover an issue that will help you protect yourself from those that have no inherent interest in your health outside of the dollars attached.

If you've ever seen a court case, or movie portraying one, you know that one of the most critical components of a trial that will usually make or break a case is the establishment of motive. We all know how important and powerful motivation can be no matter the context. By weighing the motives of two conflicting viewpoints the truth usually will present itself.

It occasionally arises that a person will strongly object to a comment or suggestion made in regards to their health because it stands against all they have ever been taught. We have certainly seen this throughout history with silly and useless practices such as bloodletting and circumcision (yes it's true, but that's for another day). Unfortunately, there is a lot of money being spent to keep you believing completely false information in many areas. Don't think this is happening? All you have to do is look at the statistics in every category of health in this country to see that big money is being made by preying upon the "trust" of you and your family.

This concept will reshape the way you think and open your eyes to better weed out truth behind all the conflicting information out there. By asking yourself when faced with controversy, "what's the motive of both sides and what do they have to gain from me believing them" (usually money) you will often see that the truth will easily present itself.

Got Calcium?

We are constantly bombarded with advertisements telling us to drink milk for strong teeth and bones because "it does a body good." Unfortunately the only body it's doing good is the US dairy industry as you can read about for hours Here. The fact is, the countries that "indulge" in the highest levels of dairy consumption also entertain the highest rates of osteoporosis. Reason is most of the calcium in cows milk is unusable to the body because of mineral balance etc.

So where should you get the daily requirement of 1200mg or so. Just like anything else I always say one thing first; if you eat a diversified diet of fresh, raw, organic fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, and other natural foods you typically will not have to worry about getting enough of a particular substance. Our bodies have an uncanny ability to pick out what they need as evidenced by the people still walking around "alive" today.

Most of the dark green vegetables including Spinach, Turnip Greens, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, & Chard are the best place to start because of their combined nutritional benefits. Other foods high in calcium content include Sesame Seeds & Blackstrap Molasses.

If you still feel you need additional calcium in your diet, I carry a product from Springreen called Calphonite that is highly bioavailable and superb quality. This is the best calcium supplement I have found on the market yet is quite affordable.

The Fifth & Final Law

To end this series covering the program I highly recommend for accomplishing massive action, we will talk about the fifth and final law of Simpleology: The Inescapability of Action/Reaction.

Wow, what a concept! All you have to do is "something" and it will have a result. Of course this is true even for poor choice of action, but the potential here is incredible. According to this law can you guess what the result of MASSIVE ACTION is provided it is focused and goal oriented? MASSIVE REACTION! Essentially this makes the entire concept quite "Simple"; if you decide what you want and put effort into it, you are guaranteed to get results. Can you imagine if investing were that easy?

Choices are the keys to every result we obtain in our lives and Simpleology is driven by the two most important decisions you can make for success. To learn what these questions are you will have to take the free 101 course yourself as I did. If you haven't already, just click the provided link HERE and you will be redirected to the course description page.

The beginning of the New Year is a great time to change your life, start today and see for yourself!

The Fourth Law of Simpleology

Of the Five Laws of Simpleology I believe this is the one most people have trouble implementing. The Fourth Law is the Law of Focused Energy. Essentially what this means is you must aggressively focus enough energy into what you want to accomplish until your goal is reached.

Take this newsletter for example. If I did not focus enough energy to create a useful and interesting letter each week I probably would not have it being circulated around the country and forwarded from person to person.

When you successfully focus your energy in one direction only and pour everything you have into it, it's only a matter of time before your goal will be accomplished. Remember though, this is completely dependent on you first applying the previous 3 Laws of Simpleology because without clear goals focusing your energy is impossible.

If your not yet familiar with the other Laws you can read all about it by clicking HERE now. Next week we will finish this series and move into a different topic. Happy 2006, make it successful.
