The Third Law of Simpleology

I hope you had a Wonderful Christmas with your families. This week we are on the Third Law of Simpleology, the Law of Focused Attention. This is especially important as we approach those intently desirable but often failed New Years resolutions.

The Third Law simply states that you must focus sufficient attention on your goals in order to accomplish them. If you are distracted by other things, or you failed to apply the Second Law of Simpleology, then you will likely fail to achieve what you want.

Here's an example:
Imagine Peyton Manning decided he wanted to become a great quarterback
. So in order to achieve his goal he spent: two hours a day catching balls, two hours running patterns, one hour blocking tackles, and two hours playing golf. Confused? You can see that distraction from your goals focuses attention on the wrong things.

When you set your New Years resolutions this year, first make them very clear. Be as detailed as you can. Then, focus your attention relentlessly in the right direction and watch your goals get knocked off your list faster than you can say "Procrastination".

Now I've been giving previews into the program, but don't make the mistake of thinking this is all you need to know. This is only the building blocks, the FREE Simpleology 101 course shows you exactly how to apply each and every one of these rules to reshape your life. Many of you have already begun, but if you haven't go SIGN UP NOW and I'll see you in 2006.

The Second Law of Simpleology

Last week I let you in on a little secret called Simpleology: The Simple Science of Getting What You Want. This system has helped me tremendously and I thought I should give you all the opportunity to take advantage of it as well. Today we will cover the second law, The Law of Clear Vision.

Mark describes this like an archer trying to shoot a target. If the archer is blindfolded and spins around five times you had better duck because who knows what he's going to hit. Likewise, if the archer has fifty targets with no idea which one he should aim for it highly unlikely he will hit the right targets at the right times.

By learning how to use clear vision in setting, and hitting your targets you can begin to achieve incredible results immediately. This simple process culminates with the Simpleology Daily Praxis which lines your sites on your goals like a laser sight on a high powered rifle. If you didn't sign up last week you are already behind on having the power to change your life. This simple system will teach you to master your time, your energy, and your money. Simple-ology: The Simple Science of Getting What You Want

What if you could do twice as much in half the time? What would you do if you could achieve your goals as fast as you set them? These are questions that have marked history. People throughout time have studied to find the keys and secrets to success, and much of this information has been compiled and further studied. Unfortunately there is so much information out there that you would have to spend a lifetime to learn it. Finally, a system has been put together based on the proven principles of success in an easy to follow, quick, and "simple" course. Simpleology: The Simple Science of Getting What You Want is what I have been using and my results have been outstanding! I want to give you just a brief intro before you go and sign up for the free 101 course yourself.

Law #1: The Law of Straight Lines

As you learned in school, the quickest way from A to B is a straight line. Therefore, if you have an established point A, and point B; then all you need is a plan of action to get to your destination. Along the way you will have decisions to make. Some will take you closer to your goal while others will take you further away.

Example: You want to lose 30lbs. Each time you decide if something will go in your mouth you must ask yourself, is this bringing me closer to my goal or further away?

By making choices with "goal orientation" you have the first step in achieving your goals at an incredible pace. Now GO RIGHT NOW and sign up for the free 101 course. The hardest step in success is the first step! Do what I did and you will be happy with the results.

Rebounding...

Today's tip is on a simple, inexpensive, and FUN way to get great exercise and improve your overall health. You may have used one of these before. When I was a kid we used my friend's to have "slam dunk" contests in the driveway. They're called rebounders. The mini trampolines that you see at stores usually for under $20. You may have wondered before what exactly they are used for so let's just cover a few.

I want you to think first about what is happening when you jump on a trampoline. Your entire body, including soft tissues and fluids, are moving in one direction, then reverse smoothly and move in the opposite direction. These forces work with the cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, and musculoskeletal system simultaneously. The spinal column including the discs are pumped up and down improving nutrient flow, while the cerebrospinal fluid is pumped through providing increased nutrition to the brain and spinal cord.

With the rebounder you need only bounce up and down lightly to perform, so even those with less than optimal stability and balance can benefit. Overall this is a fantastic exercise that takes little time but has benefits ranging from weight loss to spinal rehabilitation.
