Ending Addiction...

Today I'm going to share with you the secret to ending addiction. The reason why you can't stop that addiction no matter what drug you take, what patch you wear, or what gum you chew is unraveled in this basic and simple concept.

Anthony Robbins, I believe one of the smartest men alive today often speaks about the concept of Pain and Pleasure. Essentially, you have only two motivations in life:
  1. The Avoidance of Pain
  2. The Gaining of Pleasure
True to the order I have them listed, the priority is avoiding pain. But, if you do not associate pain you will only choose to do something if it gains pleasure. Try applying this to your life and daily activities. Why do some exercise and some don't? Why do some smoke and others do not?

So how do you put this into action? Well until you can associate MORE PAIN to the activity you want to break than the PLEASURE you gain from it, you will never break it no matter how hard you try. On the same note, if you can associate greater PAIN you will have no problem breaking the addiction.

This concept has probably been seen in action in somebody you know (maybe even yourself?). With this simple concept you now have the power to control any action at will. Soon I will show you some additional tools to make getting the things you want extremely "simple".
