Insight on Eyesight
Why exactly does everyone need glasses? Why do our eyes fail us at such a young age? Is it "Hereditary"? Are we born with it? Why me but not my neighbor?
These are all questions you have probably asked at one time or another. So what's the real deal? Well I do NOT believe that our eyes are faulty by design! And the question I have to ask is; outside of the occasional dog running into a parked car, why do animals seem to have better eye function than humans? Well let's look at the obvious, logical, and most probable cause...what we eat. We know for a fact that we eat much more sugar than the average animal. We know from studies that sugar damages your eyesight as well as lists of other things (http://www.mercola.com/2005/may/4/sugar_dangers.htm). This is confirmed in the fact that Diabetics often have deteriorating eyesight or blindness. You can start to see why your eyes seem to mysteriously get worse when you're younger, then level out as an adult (when you start eating less sugar).
So what can we do?
1. STOP giving your kids sugar! You are ruining their health when you think you are simply "treating" them. There are other ways to reward your children like YOUR TIME and ATTENTION!
2. Exercise your eyes. We make the early mistake of becoming dependent on glasses and contacts because we don't know any better. Like the hawk watching the mouse in the field, we should be doing things that exercise the muscles of the eye to strengthen our sight. This is the concept the "See Clearly Method" is based on as you may have heard advertised (This is not an endorsement as I do not know if this method works).
Your body IS NOT faulty in it's design. It was PERFECT at conception and if something is wrong it is usually something we have done or someone has done to us. LIVE by this definition and you will see your health improve.
